How to start a return
If you would like to return an item, please email us first at viteco.eu@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns cannot be processed without prior approval.
Conditions for returns
- Items must be sent back in their original condition and packaging.
- Please include your receipt or proof of payment with the return.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Processing time for returns may take up to 14 days after we have received the item.
- Sale items, discounted products, or promotional offers are not eligible for return.
Refund process
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding the status and next steps.
